Directions;

• Peel protective film off shield heels
• Apply adhesive side down to inside back heel of shoe as appropriate

Care Instructions;

• Wash heel shields with mild soap or detergent in lukewarm water
• Hang to dry, do not use a towel or other material to dry
• Once dry, use as per directions
